Who We Are

Randy Chatman has over thirty years of medical device experience as an accomplished Senior Management Executive with Stryker, Medtronic, and Johnson & Johnson. He served in key leadership roles in Sales, Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Business Development, Reimbursement & Market Access. Randy is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and has an Associate Fellowship from the Wharton School of Business in Healthcare Economics.

Katie Davis has led Medical Affairs at ThermoTek for 12 years, helping to design products and services to meet the clinical need. She is also responsible for medical business development, marketing, and medical billing. Katie has over 20 years of scientific research and development experience in academic and industry settings. Katie received a Ph.D. from Boston University in Biochemistry. She completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Misty Romines is a CPA with over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting within the life sciences and medical device industries. She began her career at ArthroCare Corporation, where she advanced through roles in accounting, tax, investor relations, and SEC reporting. Misty went on to hold senior finance leadership positions at Apollo Endosurgery, BESTOLIFE Corporation, and Palette Life Sciences, where she served as VP of Global Finance and played a key role in the company’s $650M acquisition by Teleflex. She holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in accounting from Texas State University and has completed executive education at Columbia Business School.
